  • The primary challenge for Outbound Hotels was to design and scale a distinctive event property that would not only inaugurate, but also amplify the cultural significance of the properties. The concept and realization of the Music Series were pivotal to addressing this challenge, establishing a new cultural nexus through a bespoke blend of local flavor and authentic experiences.

  • The vision guiding the Music Series was to reposition Outbound Hotels as the epitome of boutique hotel experiences, deeply integrated with the cultural tapestry of their respective locales. The intent was to refresh the image of historic properties, establish enduring partnerships within the industry and spearhead a cost-effective and replicable event model that would set Outbound as a pioneer in hospitality and cultural innovation.

  • The execution of the Outbound Music Series culminated in successfully anchoring the Outbound Hotels as cultural hubs, marked by the intimate yet inclusive concerts headlined by Andrew Bird. These events, intimate in nature but grand in cultural impact, significantly raised the profile of the properties, forging a new benchmark for hotel experiences and cultural relevance. The series set in motion a dynamic framework for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and guest engagement, with plans already in place to enhance the experience and outcomes in the years to follow.
