MIKE
RASPATELLO
FOUNDER, LEAD STRATEGIST
In 2003, while at the University of Michigan, Mike launched Rivalfish, a sports comedy blog that used innovative content strategies to boost e-commerce sales. This caught the attention of National Lampoon, leading to an acquisition. He further developed his skills in engaging audiences while producing for Mancow’s nationally syndicated radio show and ventured into the live music industry by co-founding celebrated festivals. An MBA from Kellogg broadened his skill set, preparing him for a key role at Anheuser Busch-Inbev where he led a joint venture with Condé Nast, integrating beverage brands with new media, e-commerce and experiential marketing. At Gopuff, he played a crucial role in developing their retail media network, shaping the e-commerce strategy for beverage and CPG brands.
At the forefront of Raspatello+Co, Mike leverages his extensive background across diverse projects. He enhanced UCLA Health's marketing in the wake of the pandemic and initiated the Outside Festival, marrying Colorado’s love for the outdoors with its vibrant music scene. Leading Kinsfield, he is redefining Michigan’s event scene by offering luxury hospitality coupled with innovative cannabis experiences. His strategic efforts have revitalized e-commerce and retail media strategies for entities like The Well and Dezo, bolstering their online presence. Additionally, his strategies have contributed to Kikoko's emergence as a pioneer in women's cannabis wellness and elevated the brand and cultural impact of Outbound Hotels. Mike's leadership at Raspatello+Co exemplifies his ability to drive innovation and strategic growth in competitive sectors.
